Life as we know it….

Today I was travelling back to my house, which is an hour away from London, by train, and I had many thoughts in my head. First, I realised how pretty the train journey is, it is mainly trees and houses, but it is so pretty!

It doesn’t look like much, but it was so different to the constant buildings of London!

This thought led me on to, how different my life has changed over the past few years! Since 2015, life has changed dramatically. Not just because of the Fibro but many different things are different.

At the beginning of 2015, I was in a different relationship than I am now and we lived together. I was at college, studying towards starting a Nursing course at University, I had a holiday to Portugal booked. My Maternal Grandmother was very sick and my youngest cousin was only a year old! June of that year, many things changed, my relationship broke up (For the best), I moved back in with my Mum (and Little Sister) and my Grandmother passed away. I did finish college with 33 Distinctions.

September 2015, I started Kings College University, Nursing Studies. I had been on a plane for the first time, I went to Spain with my Dad and Sister. Then I had to leave uni, due to Fibro and Endo.

Skipping forward to this time last year, I was unemployed but feeling a little better. I met my favourite singer, Noah Guthrie (Roderick from Glee. Just in case you wanted to know!)

I honestly fangirled so much!

I met Max October 2016, and from there, things changed. We have been to three different countries together, in the 11 months we have been together and have two more trips planned, we are beginning to start our life together properly. I cannot say enough about him.  Max has a great family too, and lots of wonderful friends that he has introduced me to and I’m so grateful.

My family and friends have been with me through everything. I am nothing without them. I’ve known my two closest friends for years. One since I was 6 and the other since I was 15. Obviously, my family have been around a very long time, My parents, Grandparents, Aunties, Uncles, Cousins and My Little Sister. They are great, whatever I need is never too much for them. They get on with Max so well too!

As I’ve been writing this, I’ve realised I have so much good stuff in my life and most of the time I just focus on the negative.

Always remember it will all be alright in the end if it’s not alright, it’s not the end!
